friendly staff amazing breakfast
The staff seemed friendly! The breakfast was AMAZING, and fresh items were delivered directly to the table. I liked its central location. It is IDEAL for accessing everything I needed.
I noticed the hotel was slightly worn. Dark rooms and chipped paint were visible in hallways. The pool had loose tiles. I think the hotel requires a big update.

great location provided towels silent air conditioning bland room dated decor depressing atmosphere
the location was excellent. the pool was lovely and towels was provided for sunbeds. bedrooms are spacious and the air conditioning was silent.
the room was very bland. it was rather dated, dull and depressing. there wasnt even a picture hung on the wall.

the location is great being close to chinorros square and shops. the staff are friendly. laura on reception was particularly helpful.
i found the bed uncomfortably hard. there were ants in the bathroom. the cups were dirty.

Okay Location, Disappointing Room
dull room cleaning machine
The room felt rather bland and dull. It really needed a picture or something on the wall. The air conditioning wasn't working initially! A receptionist had to fix it. The pool was also a letdown. I was told it opened at 10 am, but I encountered a cleaning machine inside when I got there. It wasted my time.
